A deposit of 50% of the total cost should be sent immediately on reservation
and must be received within seven days. This is a nonrefundable deposit in
case of cancellation.
The remaining 50% must be received within 4 weeks prior to arrival. For
bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment must be made by return.
As a general rule, all stays should begin no earlier than 3 p.m. and must end
at 10 a.m. on Saturday. This is to enable cleaners to make the cottage ready
for the next the visitors.
Short
Breaks
We are also able to accommodate short breaks for a minimum of three nights.
These are priced at 60% of a full week, with an additional 10% for each extra
night.

Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on the remainder will only be made if
other visitors book the cottage.
Last
Minute Bookings
Should you need to make a last minute booking, please contact us by telephone for
availability. The payment will be required on reservation.
There will be no refunds available on last minute breaks.
